ABOUT ME
Within my personal practice the majority of my work revolves around journeys and the use of the camera in communicating experiences and feelings. My photography is often combined with audio, video and text. At present I am using my practice to explore my heritage and forge connections with my late father, through continued explorations in Poland.
I have a strong interest in community arts and place identity, as well as planning, curating, installing and promoting exhibitions. These passions have come together as the basis of my studies in my MA by Research in Art & Design. You can find out more about this here.
From 2015- 2018 I taught on the BA (Hons) Photography course at the University of Wolverhampton, teaching a variety of modules with themes including identity, memory, and space/place. During this time I completed my PGCE PCE (Post-compulsory Education).
